She presently heads SVKM’s CNM School, in Mumbai.
She is a National Awardee 2022 receiving an award from the President, Droupadi Murmu, Teach SDG’s Ambassador, Climate Action Ambassador, and Scientix Ambassador for India. In May 2023, she was inducted by the Ministry of India for the National Mission for Mentoring [NMM]. She has been an advisory member of MISA from 2023 for 3 years and advises the Executive body on the latest educational trends and developments.

She has conducted many action research studies and was awarded the ‘Global Teacher Accreditation’ by the British Council in 2014. She is a British Council Trainer and Ambassador. In 2021, she gave a talk on Blended learning in the Teacher Connect
Mela.

She was a member of the Cambridge South Asia Advisory Board [F.Y.21-22]. In 2021, she received a CBE Master Trainer and Mentor Certificate from the British Council, CBSE, and Cambridge jointly. In 2016, the Varkey Foundation nominated her as Top 50 teachers for the Global Teacher Prize award. In 2020, she was awarded, ‘Iconic Principals’ by the Governor of Maharashtra.

She has created a STEAM curriculum called ‘Global Outlook’ for 1800 students of Std. I to VII, implemented in the school in 2019 and the feedback from students, parents, teachers, and the NABET Accreditation Committee is very positive. She has created a STEM course, ‘’Build your STEM Competency’ available to educators across the world. The course has shown a positive impact on the learning curve of the teachers. Her dedication to the promotion of STEM education for girls was published on the UNESCO, Teacher Task Force website.

Vaishali has a prior qualification and work experience in the field of Information Technology and her specialization is in Cyber and Data Protection Law. She is an advisor to several companies on commercial and employment matters including POSH, Cyber law and privacy compliance and advisor to various educational institutions on Protection of children from sexual offences.

She has successfully conducted several prominent cases for Corporate espionage and Data theft, Data Privacy, Digital Financial Frauds, Cyber crimes against women and children, take down orders and IP infringement in cyberspace.

She has done extensive pro bono work on violence against women and children and to spread awareness and build capacity in stakeholders to keep children safe online. Her work in “Keeping children safe Online” was awarded by NASSCOM and Data Security Council of India in 2017 and by Rotary International by inviting her to speak at the annual convention in Seoul.

Vaishali is a TCS Chevening Scholar on “Cyber Policy and Cyber Defense “ and has earned the Post Graduate certification from Cranfield University UK. She is also a Disha Alumni which is a prestigious program of the British high Commission on Innovative Leadership chaired by UK PM David Cameron and PM Manmohan Singh.

Vaishali has served as a trustee on the Lila Poonawala Foundation, as an Independent Director, Member of RBI committee on customer grievance for Bank of Maharashtra, Member of Advisory Board of Responsible Netism, Suryadatta Institute for Cyber Security , D.Y Patil Institute of MCA and Management, Board of studies for Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning , Symbiosis Skills and Professional University on Cyber Security, Corporate legislation committee MCCIA, Corporate Governance committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce, Member of panel on Cyber legal issues and law reforms by ‘State Commission for Women’ and ‘Maharashtra Cyber’, Advisory Board member for MCCIA- US Cyber security initiative.

Vaishali is also recipient of several awards such as ‘Vocational Excellence’ and ‘Woman of Substance’ , by Rotary International, “Top 100 Professionals in cyber security in India” in an independent survey and she awarded for her work on

With expertise in Data Science and Analytics, Data Strategy and Governance, Blockchain, Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLM, and Cybersecurity, Anuradha is dedicated to enhancing data quality and creating innovative solutions to significant challenges.

An accomplished author, she penned the book *Capturing and Tracking Images and Videos on Live Streaming*, published by Scholar’s Press in the EU. As a techno-creative coach and “saltnpepper” artist, Anuradha inspires others through her speaking engagements, mentorship, and YouTube channel focused on technology.

Recognized as one of the 100 Inspiring Women by Fox Story India and named a Top 20 Women Leader in the AI domain, she has also received the Women Achiever’s Award from Indira Institutes.

Her work aligns with customer analytics and segmentation, driving improvements across business areas. With a strong emphasis on Data Strategy, Architecture, Vendor Management, Risk Assessment, and Governance, Anuradha serves as a member of the RAI Governing Council, exploring capabilities in LLM models, Adaptive AI, and Security and Data Analytics.
